If you're a hard-core Western approach fan, who believes that there's no cure for Hashimoto's or if you prefer to be the victim quietly taking their synthetic hormone and paying tons of money for blood tests and doctor visits, you're not going to like this book. It's so out of the way, so against the grain, that it is infuriating, I agree.Par Sylvia
Yet, maybe this naturopath from Bamberg, Germany (a beautiful town, BTW, famous for the wonderful smoked beer :)) has got the key that Hashimoto's patients are looking for.
I, myself, feel immensely better after 6 months on a grain-, soy-, dairy-, nightshade-free autoimmune paleo elimination diet. I've lost all the extra weight and I feel great most of the time... I felt like I was on a road of recovery. Yet, reading this book I realized, I am healthy, NOW, not in 6 months, not in 2 years. And I don't care what my current blood test results would be like. What a gift! The gift of a whole new perspective on your life and future.
