Great book...the "Bible" of MSK US. The format is very well organized. It is a bit of a pain looking at the videos on a separate site, but they are top notch! Thank you Dr. Jacobsen!!

I almost didn't buy this digital version because someone wrote that there wasn't accessibility to the video clips. This is simply not true. Once you buy the book, there is a link to sign up for www.expertconsult.com. This gives you access to the full book online as well as all the video clips available in the hard copy of the book. You can access this online version at all times and there is implication that the first couple chapters are updated as new information comes out.
