The detailed analysis of the pathophysiological changes of morbid obesity will stop any reader from eating a biscuit with their morning coffee! Whilst an easily found list of abbreviations does help some of the text begins to look like alphabet soup with what sometimes seems to be at least a third of the words in the sentence abbreviated.
